NZ & AUSTRALIA SHIPPING

We use a track and trace courier service for all orders sent throughout New Zealand and Australia. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your parcel has been posted. A standard rate of $5NZD applies to all orders unless using a discount code.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently offer international shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Please note that our clothing is handmade using pre-loved and/or repurposed fabrics and imperfections may be present.

If for any reason you receive garments that have been damaged during delivery, please email us photos of the damage as soon as you can so we can make a claim to the courier company — this will enable us to process your refund promptly.

We will not refund products if you have changed your mind after receiving the product.

If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us directly through the contact page to enquire about custom sizing - this will not cost you any extra(this is also dependent on fabric availability).
